Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, close to Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. You are warmly welcome to visit us anytime.
Q3:What is the raw material of your products?
A:Generally, the raw material is Q235 high-quality steel from BAO Steel Co., Ltd, the largest steel manufacturer in China. Other steel options are available according to client requirements.
Q4:What is the term of payment?
A:T/T 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy. L/C is also available.
Q5:What is delivery time?
A:It depends on order quantity and racking type. Generally within 15 days after receiving 30% deposit.
Q6:Which port will be used as loading port?
A:Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports.
Q7:May I know the status of my order?
A:Yes. We will send updates and photos at each production stage so you can track your order in real time.
Q8:Are samples available?
A:Yes. Short samples are free of charge, but international courier cost is paid by client.
Q9:Is powder coated finish available?
A:Yes. Uprights, braces and accessories are available with powder coated finish.
Q10:How can I get a quick quotation?
A: Please provide: required dimension (H×D×L), number of levels, loading capacity per level, and quantity. If unsure, we will design a solution for you.
